Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due at the time you place an order.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Upon checkout you will be prompted to pay through PayPal. Payment is accepted through PayPal by credit card, debit card, or through your checking account. You do not need an account with Pay Pal to use Pay Pal. For more information about Pay Pal go to www.paypal.com.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost for all orders is added to your order when you check out. Choose to have your package shipped by Priority Mail or Parcel Post.

Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping prices. Contact me if you would like to add shipping insurance to your order.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Premade scrapbook page orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received or cleared. All orders are shipped by Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 business days. Custommade page orders are usually shipped within 3 weeks of receiving payment (and pictures if sent to me). Larger orders may take longer to complete. Contact me with questions.
Q: What kind of quality can I expect to see in your work?
A: All products are photo-safe, acid- and lignin-free. I take pride in my work and will send you only the best work. All products are made in a pet-free, smoke-free home.
Q: Can I return an item and receive a refund?
A: I Scrap For You wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, please email for instructions to return your order. Upon the receipt of merchandise in its original condition, you will receive a full refund (not including shipping and handling).
